APOLLO PRODUCTIONS
We are Apollo productions! From left to right, our team has Kayleigh, Suraiya, Kinza and Mustafe. We named our production company 'Apollo' because he's essentially the Greek God of Entertainment - music, art, poetry... Our logo is of a lyre which is Apollo's famous symbol. We edited it (and flipped it horizontally) to make it look like more of an 'A' so that it could symbolise the letter A in 'Apollo.'

I'm Kayleigh and I love Media Studies! My knowledge of media is quite good as I got an A in GCSE Media Studies where I learnt how to film, edit and use other softwares like Photoshop and InDesign. My favourite part of Media would be photography and film so I feel like I can express my creativity in my work!
SURAIYA
I'm Suraiya and Media Studies is one of my favourite subjects. I aspire to get into the film industry and be a part of the cinematography process, I got an A* in GCSE Media Studies and created my own film poster as well as a film opening to a documentary throughout the process.
KINZA
My name is Kinza and I'm new to Media Studies. I did do drama and ICT for GCSE and find that this will help me with Media when we're making videos as a group. I hope that A-Level Media will broaden my horizons and open new doors for me as I move into the creative arts while learning new things about the industry.
MUSTAFE
I'm Mustafe and I have never studied media before now. I find the subject really interesting. The one thing I am really eager to learn over this course is how to effectively edit videos as film making seems like something that I would love to do. This subject also gives me the opportunity to try new things.
